Gerald Noble, managing director of TV3, CanWest Global Communications’ network interest in New Zealand, is returning to Winnipeg in May to take up new duties as vice-president, operations, at company headquarters.

Andrew Go has been given the new position of vice-president, New Ventures at The Toronto Star. Go was formerly The Star’s executive director of advertising.
