The Strategy Licensing Company and Broderbund Software have appointed Mississauga, Ont.-based NorthStar Licensing and Merchandising as the exclusive licensing agent in Canada for Carmen Sandiego.

Arch villain Sandiego is the star of nine software titles for children from Broderbund, and tv series on pbs and the Fox Kids Network.
