Before the group’s name change, Marram was the president of The Seagram Beverage Group. The name change better identifies the distinction between the juice and low-alcohol beverage group, and the liquor group.

Before joining Seagram in 1993, Marram was president of the Nabisco Biscuit Company, the largest operating unit of Nabisco.
