Why did you decide to take part?
For the last two and a half years I have gone through a major transformation, losing 77 pounds. I have completed 120 days straight of the Insanity workouts with Shaun T. Running Tough Mudder last fall to muay Thai training — I’m always looking for another challenge. Agency Wars seemed like the perfect one. Now I’m here on the red team and I’m ready to bring it come fight night!
Have you ever done anything like this before (boxing, fighting)?
Yes, I trained in kickboxing for three years from 16-18 and Muay Thai for the past two years.
What do you like about it?
My favourite part of training is when I’m in my own zone working it out on the bag or shadow boxing — I get to focus and plan the fight in my mind. It’s actually relaxing in a crazy way, plus in my mind I always win my fight. It’s also great having the opportunity to work with amazing coaches and with the red team as we continually motivate each other.
What’s the toughest part of training?
Without a doubt, the toughest part is getting up in the mornings for the run and sprints.

All I Do Is Win by DJ Khaled feat. Snoop Dogg, Rick Ross, T-Pain, Ludacris
