TumbleBooks, a Toronto-based company with an online library of animated, talking picture books and other interactive content to help teach children to read, has selected Ariad Communications as its strategic marketing agency partner to expand its U.S. business.
Ariad is TumbleBooks’ first-ever agency partner. “They have a proven track record of using strategic insights to develop marketing and sales programs that grow business. Plus, as a content agency, Ariad shares our passion for how content can engage and inspire audiences,” said Ron Zevy, founder and creative director of TumbleBooks, in a statement.
Ariad conducted a strategic project to better understand TumbleBooks target customers and found they include parents, teachers, schools, school boards and district level budget holders, says Brent Landels, senior account manager at Ariad and one of the lead members of the agency’s TumbleBooks team.
That strategic work is now serving as the platform for Ariad’s execution of TumbleBooks’ new sales and marketing activities, which include digital marketing, CRM and social media programs, he says.
