BBDO won agency of record for Molson Coors Canada’s Coors Light brand, while Proximity was named direct response agency of record for Rogers Communications.

Coors Light is the latest Molson product brought into BBDO’s fold: the agency also works on Heineken, Miller Genuine Draft, Newcastle and Strongbow. “We started our relationship with Molson M a few years ago, and every year we’ve deepened our partnership with [Molson] by being awarded an additional brand,” said Gerry Frascione, chairman and CEO of BBDO and Proximity Canada.

For Rogers, Proximity will work continue to build the company’s direct marketing strategy across a variety of channels and platforms.

“We are excited to enter into this AOR relationship with BBDO’s Proximity Canada,” said Shelagh Stoneham, SVP and general manager, brands and marketing communications at Rogers Communications. “They are a global leader in direct marketing and CRM and we look forward to working with them to build the strategy necessary to drive our customer relationships forward.”
