Citoyen Optimum adds Patrick Marineau to its team

PR and digital pro takes on an account manager role at the Montreal firm

Patrick Marineau has been appointed account manager at Citoyen Optimum in Montreal.

Marineau has almost 10 years of experience in public relations and digital communications. He began his career at the Yellow Pages Group in strategy and digital content creation, followed by seven years as communications coordinator at Hockey Québec, where he developed digital platforms and strategies to increase its media presence.

He also coordinated digital platforms for the 2015 World Junior Hockey Championship in Montreal and Toronto, and was an editor of Hockey Le Magazine for four years

Citoyen Optimum is part of Citizen Relations and was formerly known as Optimum Relations publiques.
