Toronto-based Crispin Porter + Bogusky Canada has made a series of changes within its creative department, promoting three staff members and adding a senior creative.

Michael Murray has been promoted to creative director from associate creative director. An award-winning creative whose work has won at major Canadian and international shows, Murray has worked on the Virgin Radio, IKEA and Axe accounts.

The agency has also promoted Mark Puchala and Gerald Kugler to associate creative directors. Puchala was formerly an art director, while Kugler was a writer. Both have worked on the IKEA, Canadian Real Estate Association and Best Buy accounts.

Both have also been active in awards show judging, Kugler at the Anvil Awards and Puchala at the Ice Awards.

Finally, Jane Murray has joined the agency as associate creative director following time at Ogilvy, Taxi and MacLaren McCann. Murray, whose work has been seen in Cannes, D&AD and Communication Arts as well as at the Clios and the One Show, is perhaps best known for her work on Ogilvy’s “Diamond Shreddies” campaign and with Taxi’s Mini campaigns.

“I couldn’t be more inspired to work with this fearless group as we continue to look for brilliant thinking for our clients,” said Aaron Starkman, CP + B Canada’s executive creative director, in a release.
