The Great Canadian Creative Faceoff has been narrowed down to five competitors following the first round of public voting.
After launching last week, the Twittersphere lit up with nearly 2,000 votes for the contest’s initial short list of 10 very talented participants. Round one voting wrapped up last night and now the contest website has relaunched with the five profiles now available for voting again.
The quarter-finalists moving on to phase two are:
• Steve Coppola, High Road Communications
• David Crichton, Grip Ltd.
• Julie McIlroy, McIlroy & King
• Josh McInerney, Tenzing Communications
• Marko Zonta, Zync Communications
Fans and followers can visit CreativeFaceoff.ca to vote in round two until Nov. 2 when the field is again whittled down to three competitors.
The ultimate winner will be announced at the 2010 Media Innovation Awards in Toronto Nov. 18.
