Toronto agency Cundari has added what it calls “bench strength” to its digital expertise with the acquisition of digital agency Quizative. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Quizative, a boutique and self-styled “innovation agency” established in 2008, will be amalgamated into Cundari’s Toronto office. It brings with it clients including Jamieson Vitamins, Canadian Management Centre and Panasonic.
Quizative executives Adrian Capobianco and Allison Laux, managing director of digital and strategic business director respectively, will remain with the company. They will work alongside Cundari’s vice-president of digital Rob Emlay.
In a release, Cundari said that the deal adds additional digital marketing depth, expertise and leadership to its existing skillset. Cundari chairman and CEO Aldo Cundari called Quizative a “great addition” to the business, while noting that Capobianco and Laux bring “additional senior depth to our existing expertise.”
