Jeff Greenspoon and Kai Exos to lead merged agency

The Dentsu Aegis network has acquired the Toronto-based digital agency Spoke, and has folded it into Isobar Canada.

The 25-person Spoke first opened in 2009 and has satellite offices in Vancouver and New York. Its client list has several entertainment content brands such as Disney, Nick and EOne, along with other consumer-facing brands such as Uber and Nespresso.
