Environics Communications has added four staffers to its digital marketing arm Agnostic.
Matthew Ames joined the firm as director of digital media, Kim Le as digital account director, André Csapo as senior digital strategist and Erik Sherman as engagement strategist.
Ames was recently the director of acquisition for Clear Fit and prior to that was a managing director at EQ Works (formerly Cyberplex) responsible for building the firm’s performance-based website development division.
Le will manage senior-level client relationships. She was director of client services at Brought to You By, a creative studio focused on branding, content development and video production. Le also has years of experience as an account manager servicing brands such as Kraft and Microsoft from shops like Trapeze (now Union) and MacLaren McCann.
Csapo previously worked as a strategist and qualitative researcher for the Pitney Bowes’ innovation group. Prior to that he was a director with the U.S. consulting firm Innovation Focus, where he helped build organizational insight capabilities for such brands as Dell Computers, Bank of Canada, GlaxoSmithKline, Merck and others.
Sherman most recently worked at Tangerine (formerly ING Direct) as both a social media and online community specialist managing online platforms and brand ambassador strategies. Before that, Sherman worked at Mosaic Experiential Marketing activating programs and managing online communities for several Fortune 500 companies.
