Environics strengthens its team with four new hires

Sydney Dare, Tia Thomas, Sean Citrigno and Valerie Burnatowski join the firm

Sydney Dare has recently joined Environics Communications as a senior consultant in one of four hires announced by the firm.

Dare was previously an account supervisor at Ketchum where she planned communications programs for clients like Roche, Kimberly-Clark Canada and Philips.

The firm has also hired Tia Thomas, Sean Citrigno and Valerie Burnatowski as consultants.

Thomas was previously with Food & Consumer Products of Canada, where she executed the association’s first social media plan.

Citrigno was previously an account manager at Citizen Relations.

Burnatowski was at Sony Music Entertainment Canada, where she promoted album releases and artists and managed international artist junket days in Canada.

“These latest hires illustrate the breadth of knowledge necessary to continue to deliver relevant, on-point counsel to our various clients,” said Paul Lockhard, president, Environics Communications, in a statement.
