Toronto-based programmatic marketing company The Exchange Lab is opening a new office in Chicago, adding to its existing network in Toronto, San Francisco, London and Istanbul.
“Chicago leads the media market in the U.S. alongside New York and Boston as more and more global brands establish a presence there,” said Mark Charkin, The Exchange Lab’s newly appointed chief revenue officer, in a release.
The company has also announced three senior hires, including Nikki Hawke, former executive for Juice Mobile, to its Toronto office. Hawke will take on the role of marketing director, North America, where she will apply her 15 years experience at Juice and previously at Nelvana Entertainment. In her new role, Hawke will be responsible for building and managing The Exchange Lab’s brand in Canada and the U.S.
Frank Guzzardo, former CRO of C3 Metrics and previously a leader of Blue Lithium’s east coast sales division, will fill the role of vice president of sales, east. Girgio Campo, former director of sales at MediaMath, will take over as The Exchange Lab’s senior director of central U.S. sales, and will run the new Chicago office.
All three hires will report to Charkin, who is leading The Exchange Lab’s expansion efforts in North America.
