Taxi announced major changes to its operational structure yesterday, with two senior executives taking on bigger roles, and a third leaving the company altogether.

Rob Guenette, president of Taxi Canada, has been named CEO of all Taxi operations in Canada and the U.S. This is a newly created role in Taxi’s corporate structure and the change is effective immediately.

Ron Wilson, the agency’s chief financial officer, will now also fill the new role of chief operational officer. In addition to overseeing all six Taxi offices, Wilson will also oversee print and broadcast production, and information technology operations.

The final change sees Taxi New York president John Berg leaving the company for “another opportunity.” Details of Berg’s plans were not made public at press time.

His role will be assumed by Daniel Rabinowicz, currently president of Taxi Content, the company’s content creation arm.
