Hill+Knowlton bolsters its teams in Toronto and Quebec

Public relations company adds four

Hill+Knowlton Strategies has made four additions to its Toronto and Quebec offices, including Brett Bell as vice-president of engagement strategies in Toronto.

Bell was managing partner since 2009 at the boutique digital advocacy consulting firm Grassroots Online. He will work with the public affairs, creative, digital and corporate communications teams to offer ways to mobilize audiences.

Also in Toronto, Gabrielle Gallant, previously an account manager at Republic, joins as a senior consultant with the public affairs team. Gallant will provide strategic communications advice and issues analysis and execute multi-channel communications plans.

In addition, Michael Kennedy joins the Toronto office as a senior consultant with the health and public affairs teams. Kennedy, who was previously an issues management and media relations officer at the University of Toronto, has been tasked with providing clients with tools to grow audience engagement through social media and traditional platforms.

In Quebec, Stéphany Dubeau, who was previously a coordinator at Brad, joins as consultant. She will be called upon to use her digital, marketing and sales expertise to bolster public relations plans.
