Toronto agency Bensimon Byrne treated its employees to a red carpet gala for its holiday party. Staffers, including those from divisions Mighty Digital and Narrative Advocacy Media (which we wrote up previously), arrived at the TIFF Bell Lightbox dressed to the nines, as these fuzzy-but-fun photos show.

At the party, Mighty account director Sascha Von Nickisch-Rosenegk was given the second annual Peter Byrne award, which “honours the employee who best exemplifies the Bensimon Bryne values of talent and decency in equal measure,” according to the agency. As part of the prize, Von Nickisch-Rosenegk was given a trip anywhere in North America.
