The Abominable Snowman gets a bum rap. He’s right up there with Scrooge and The Grinch in the ranks of holiday villains. This year, Zulu Alpha Kilo took him on as a client, pledging to improve his image in time for Christmas. The agency took the giant yeti out to cultural events like the opera, put him on a vegan diet and had him donate blood. They even sent him to offer up hugs to strangers on the street.

He’s come a long way from his first meeting with Zak. Take a look at his early days as a client – and see the rest of the rebranding journey on the agency’s holiday microsite.
