Holiday Parties: Cummins & Partners puts on the glitz

Toronto agency rolls out the 'giggle water' for a dapper prohibition-themed soiree

When Cummins & Partners opened its first Canadian outpost in Toronto last May, founder Sean Cummins was already talking about the office’s first holiday party.

Borrowing from tradition in his native Australia, Cummins hosted the holiday party in the agency’s office rather than a bar or restaurant. The agency re-imagined its Yonge St. space as a speakeasy, rounding out the prohibition theme with an invitation that asked clients to join C&P for a “cold tea at Uncle Sean’s Gin Mill.”
