With the naming of David Jenkins as president, Taxi New York closes a brief period of flux in its leadership team.

Jenkins, formerly chief integration officer at KBS+P, assumes the role vacated by Durk Barnhill (who bore a general manager’s title for most of this Taxi tenure) when he took the top job at Saatchi New York late last year. Rob Guenette, CEO, was reportedly overseeing the New York office in the interim.

Prior to his three-plus years at KBS+P, Jenkins held positions at TBWA\Chiat\Day and BBH.

Taxi NY handles the Mio and Captial One accounts for the WPP-owned agency that was born in Montreal.
