Scot Keith is your typical Vancouverite—he’s either looking for real estate, talking about the price of real estate or checking real estate online. So Keith, president and founder of Kommunity, is particularly stoked to have picked up REW.ca, the real estate portal for the Real Estate Weekly, in a recent account review.

“Their site empowers real estate consumers with tools and resources that are unique to the category,” said Keith. “It’s a new way for people to look for real estate and they’re going to love it when we tell them about it.”

Glacier Media Group, which owns REW.ca, overhauled the website in October. The site targets sellers, agents, brokers and developers.

Kommunity is now working on the brand positioning and creative platform and will launch an integrated advertising campaign in the spring.

Keith, an industry veteran, opened Kommunity after moving back to Vancouver from Toronto in 2010. He’s since notched up some serious business including Electronic Arts, Travelzoo Canada and Hockey Canada. Last December he launched a hockey division.
