Lowe Roche appoints two presidents for Toronto office

Marie-Lise Campeau and Jeff Dack succeed former CEO Monica Ruffo

Lowe and Partners has appointed a new leadership team for its Toronto office, Lowe Roche.

Marie-Lise Campeau and Jeff Dack will hold the roles of co-president, chief operating officer, and co-president, chief strategy officer, respectively.  They succeed former CEO Monica Ruffo, who left the agency in February after three years.

Campeau will be responsible for agency operations, account management and production, while Dack will oversee client strategy, creative and business development.

Campeau joined Lowe Roche in 2011 and was promoted to managing director in 2013. During her 20-year career, she has led work for brands including Bell, Nestle Purina, Home Depot, Procter & Gamble and Yellow Pages.

Prior to joining Lowe Roche, she spent more than nine years at Cossette as vice-president, national client leader.

Dack joined Lowe Roche as chief strategy officer in January after spending nearly three years as director of marketing communications with Jamieson Laboratories. His agency experience includes stints with Taxi, GWP Brand Engineering, Cossette, Nucleus, Zig and TBWA/Chiat Day.

He has worked on more than 65 brands in his career, including Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Molson, Nike, Boston Pizza, Canadian Tire and Cadbury.

In a statement, Lowe and Partners CEO Michael Wall described Campeau and Dack as “accomplished executives” with the required expertise to lead the agency’s Toronto operation. “Both will have key roles in delivering powerful ideas for our clients, as well as driving growth in the Canadian market,” he said.
