After selling his shares in Energi PRMartin Waxman is starting his own social media consultancy.

The Toronto-based communications professional’s company is called Martin Waxman Communications. The business areas on which the company will be focused are research and communications audits, communications strategy and planning, training and education, and editorial content development.

His website, MartinWaxman.com, will soon be the hub for his new business.

Waxman is also joining communications firm Thornley Fallis as a senior counselor. In his role with the company, which has offices in Ottawa and Toronto, Waxman will work on projects in Canada and the U.S. as a social media strategist.
