Former ministerial advisor Maryse Harvey has been named vice-president of National Public Relations as the company looks to expand its Ottawa office and improve its federal government relations services.
In her 20-year history in public affairs, Harvey has worked at Industry Canada, the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), Public Works and Government Services Canada. She most recently served as senior vice-president of the Aerospace Industries Association of Canada.
“Maryse’s knowledge and insights, garnered from a successful career in both government and industry, will be of great benefit to National’s clients,” said Chris Froggatt, managing partner at National, in a press release.
National is a subsidiary of WPP’s RES Publica Consulting Group.
