Jeff McLean has been appointed creative director at Edmonton-based advertising and PR firm Calder Bateman Communications.
McLean – who has more than two decades of design and advertising work in Edmonton, Vancouver and Toronto under his belt – most recently worked as a senior art director with St. John’s-based Target Marketing & Communications on the Newfoundland Tourism campaign.
Commenting on joining Calder Bateman in a release, McLean said the company has “evolved year-by-year into one of the most respected and comprehensive communications firms in the province” and that it’s one of the fastest-rising creative agencies in the country.
Founded in 1990, Calder Bateman is a full-service agency with a staff of 38. Its partners are Frank Calder, Margaret Bateman and Ernie Pasemko.
