Dare Foods has chosen MEC Canada as its media agency of record.

This role will entail media buying and planning across all platforms – traditional, digital SEM and SEO.

Commenting on the win, Dare Foods vice-president of marketing Tom Hare said in a release that MEC’s focus on consumer insight and media integration will help it deliver great work on the food company’s Canadian brands, which include the Breton, Bear Paws and RealFruit badges.

Kitchener, Ont.-based Dare Foods manufactures food including candies, cookies, crackers and fruit snacks.
