Movember participants are in the home stretch as the month winds down and charitable donations accumulate.
Marketing‘s two mo’ growers are both looking forward to December when things can return to normal. Both are happy to help a good cause, but have decided the solitary ‘stache is not for them.
Writer Russ Martin has yet to master his ‘stache shaving skills. Martin cut himself while shaving and sported a dime size gash under his moustache for most of the week.
He’s now counting down the days until he can throw his razors out and watch his beard grow in. “Only 5 to go!”
Online editor Jeromy Lloyd is happy to see his upper lip adequately covered, but is ready to grow his beard back.
“It feels like I’m wearing a costume,” he said. “My face has become a novelty to anyone I haven’t seen in a month. In the end it will be worth it, but I won’t be sad when the pointing and laughing stops.”
