Environics Communications adds two. The Grid promotes one.

Environics Communications added NATASHA BOECK and PIRA PATHMANATHAN as account coordinators to its corporate and financial practice within the Toronto office. Boeck was most recently a communications and event assistant at Bridgepoint Health Foundation. Pathmanathan’s previous experience includes working as an investment accountant at State Street Trust Company where she supported client relationships.

MARK RUTLEDGE joined Outside the Cube in Whitehorse as a graphic designer. He has more than 15 years industry experience having worked at Hangar13 Art & Design in Ottawa on the Royal Bank, Xerox and Bell Mobility accounts. Most recently Rutledge was with Aasman Brand Communications in Whitehorse.

After two years with The Grid, CARRIE GILLIS was promoted from director of sales to associate publisher. Prior to joining the free Toronto weekly, Gillis was the associate publisher of Strategy magazine. She has also held marketing and sales positions at the Toronto Humane Society and CBC.

JILL YETMAN joined Telus as senior communications manager from Environics Canada where she spent the last five years as a senior consultant. She has also held positions at Porter Novelli, IBM Canada and Apex Public Relations.

NUCCI WALSH joined CNW Group as senior marketing specialist. Walsh was most recently an account executive at Publicis on financial and retail accounts. Prior to that she worked at MediaVantage as a demand generation and market specialist. She has also held positions at Youth Challenge International, mdBriefCase and the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
