Twitter Canada hires an account manager. Hill+Knowlton Strategies adds an assistant consultant

SHANNON HUNTER left Toronto agency Capital C – where she served as a community manager for just over a year – and joined Twitter Canada as an account manager. Hunter has also held positions at Saatchi & Saatchi, Cloud AdAgents, Evidently and Publicis.
Venture Communications added two new members to its Toronto team. KETAN MANOHAR and JAMIE BRAND joined the agency as senior writer and art director, respectively. Manohar is joining Venture from Agency 59 where he worked on the Mercedes-Benz, Labatt Breweries, Swanson Dinners and City of Toronto accounts. Brand was most recently at We Are Tonic where he worked with clients such as Iceberg Vodka, Habitat for Humanity, TD Canada Trust and Ontario SPCA.
Toronto agency TEN81 Lifestyle Inc. appointed JANA MASIEWICH to the role of director, lifestyle marketing, effective May 27. Masiewich arrives from Scotiabank where she oversaw a number of sponsorship programs. During her decade-long career she has held positions at TrojanOne, MacLaren McCann, IMG Canada and Molson Sports & Entertainment.
Hill+Knowlton Strategies hired JOSHUA HOLLENBERG as an assistant consultant within its Toronto public affairs team. Hollenberg joins H&K from Daisy Consulting Group where he was responsible for media monitoring, preparing briefing notes, executing government-relations strategies and preparing requests and proposals.
Y&R Canada added five members to its creative team in Toronto. MARK FRANCOLINI and JOHNATHAN SMITH joined the agency as creative directors, CHERYL GEONANGA joined as an art director and APPANNA CHETRANDRA and COLE ROSENBERG joined as writers.
