After three years with Juniper Park as its senior digital integrator, NEIL MOHAN is now group digital director at OgilvyOne Worldwide in Toronto. Mohan has also held positions at 58Ninety, Wunderman and Organic.

AMANDA LEWIS joined TrojanOne Ltd. as senior manager, strategy to oversee strategic planning, delivery of marketing concept pitches and to lead responses to RFPs. Lewis was most recently senior manager of creative and strategic planning at Vibrant Ideation & Marketing.

TC Media appointed CARLOS LAMADRID to the position of senior vice-president, consumer solutions. He will develop growth strategies for the company’s flagship brands in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver. He will also oversee titles including Canadian Living, Coup de pouce, Elle Canada Style at Home, Décormag, Western Living and The Hockey News in addition to the mobile and digital editions. Lamadrid was most recently executive vice-president at Penske Media.

Fuse Marketing Group added three members to its creative team. PATRICK WEIR, who was recently VP and creative director at DraftFCB, has joined the Toronto agency as vice-president, creative director. DIMA ZELIKMAN and HEATHER KINOSHITA joined Fuse as associate creative director and copywriter, respectively.

KRISTINA FORD joined Critical Mass as project manager, the same title she held at Twist Image where she recently worked on the TD Financial account.

Hill+Knowlton Strategies in Victoria promoted ANDREW LEYNE to consultant. Leyne joined the firm in 2011. Prior to this he was with the Ministries of Environment and Energy. Meanwhile, the firm’s Regina office hired FASHIA MOLESKI as a research analyst.
