ELLIOTT SMITH joined Klick Health as vice-president, creative director from SapientNitro where he led the Harley-Davidson and Loblaws accounts. Prior to this he led the Nike Canada account at Organic.
Cult Collective in Calgary appointed SHELDON LACHAMBRE to the role of vice-president, account services. Lachambre spent the last three years with Wax Partnership where he worked on Honda Prairie Dealers Association, Enbridge and Alberta Securities Commission.
National Public Relations in Toronto promoted MARICEL DICION to senior consultant, technology and NOOR MARZOOK to senior consultant, marketing.
Pelmorex Media appointed PETER BARTREM as director of sales. Prior to joining Pelmorex Media Bartrem was national sales director at Metro Canada. He has also held senior level positions at Astral and Zoom Media.
ANDREW MACDOUGALL has left the Prime Minister’s office, where he’s served as Stephen Harper’s director of communications since April 2012. He’s off to the U.K. to join Publicis Groupe as a senior strategist.
MARC TELLIER has stepped down as CEO of Yellow Media, a move announced earlier this year that puts Robert MacLellan, the chairman of its board, into the role on a temporary basis. Tellier has served as CEO since 2001.
