On the Move: Changes at H+K, Narrative, Dynamic Outdoor

Revolve added KRISTA KEOUGH and TIM FOSTER to its Halifax operations. Keough will serve as production manager, having worked previously at Trampoline and Impact Communications, and for the past seven years as a freelance project manager. Foster will take on the role of brand creator, focusing on online experience design. In the past he’s worked on websites and mobile experiences for brands like Nova Scotia Tourism and Clearwater.

Ontario-based integrated marketing agency Lucidia hired JASON THOMAS as associate creative director. For the past five years, Thomas has worked with Toronto agencies like Taxi 2 and Juniper Park as an independent consultant.

Hill+Knowlton appointed BILL BRUNTON as senior vice-president and general manager of its Alberta offices. Bill was most recently chief communications officer at Alberta’s largest school district, the Calgary Board of Education. He also operated his own consultancy from 2003-2013, Stratus Marketing, which developed communications strategies for businesses, government and non-profit organizations.

National digital agency FCV Interactive promoted BEN ASTON from senior director to VP of client services. Aston will now oversee the agency’s project management teams across its four offices in western, central and eastern Canada. He’s been with the company for three years, having come over from the U.K. in 2012. Before that he worked with Black & White Zebra, DDB UK and Crayon London, among others.

Dynamic Outdoor promoted VINCENT ALOI from senior account executive to director of sales, and hired CINDY FROST as senior account executive. Aloi has been with the Toronto-based OOH company for the past six months. In the past, he’s worked with outdoor networks belonging to Statements Media and Bell Media, and further back he was a media buyer at Initiative, Mediacom and Cossette. Frost was a national OOH account manager at Astral for the past three years, and before that worked at Cineplex for 17 years, rising to director of sales.

Analytics and digital marketing agency Mansfield added a director of strategy and engagement, JEFF PAYNE. Payne comes from MLSE, where he was a manager with the global partnerships team. He has worked on partnerships for MLSE since 2006.

Narrative PR welcomed ZOEY FIKSEL, its new director of lifestyle brands. Fiksel has worked on the client side since 2011, with stints at NetMD, The Gap and most recently Hermes. Before that she spent five years as a consultant at Apex PR.

Kaiser Lachance promoted RAY MCILROY to manager and JAMES DECOSIMO to senior coordinator. Both staffers have been with the agency since 2013; McIlroy came from Fleishman-Hillard, while DeCosimo’s previous role was at MLSE.
