Rethink has promoted five staff members to partner status, bringing the total number of partners to 14 across its Toronto and Vancouver offices.

The newly appointed partners in Toronto are managing director Caleb Goodman and creative directors Chris Booth and Dré Labre.

In Vancouver, Nicolas Quintal, creative director and Adam Neilson, head of digital production, got the nod.

“Now that we’ve got the Toronto office, we really wanted to recognize some of the leadership there,” said Chris Staples, one of Rethink’s three founding partners. “Our goal has always been to recognize and support really smart talented people, and this is the first time we’ve added partners in a couple of years. It seemed like a good time to do them all at once.”
