Every year, Marketing‘s staff is flooded with questions about what it takes to make the Top 30 Under 30. The answer? We’re looking for the cream of the crop – young marketing, media, PR and agency professionals who are driven, unafraid of breaking the mould and have a proven track record driving business results.

With the reveal of the 2015 coming up on October 5, we decided to answer the question in a different way: by posing it to our Top 30 alumni. If you’ve got your eyes on the prize for 2016, there’s no better advice than this.
