André Beauchesne’s young agency Tank has added another blue-chip client to its roster after winning a pitch for Johnson & Johnson in Quebec.
Tank will now be responsible for all Johnson & Johnson marketing strategies and communications in the province. Though the win was only announced this week, Tank has been working with Johnson & Johnson since November producing work for the brands Motrin and Tylenol.
Johnson & Johnson is an active magazine and TV advertiser in Quebec. In 2007, the most recent year available, it was the third largest buyer for magazines and eighth in television.
Now with 34 employees, Tank was established in the fall of 2007 by Beauchesne, a founding partner at BOS. It was created through a merger of three smaller agencies: Arthur & Merlin, Nextmoov and Sky Communications.
Existing Tank clients include Uniprix, Laboratoires Abbott and La Cage aux Sports.
