The awards celebrate the best work in the Quebec marketing industry.

The Créa jury also bestowed a Coup de Coeur prize on Cosette Quebec for its stunt for La Korrigane, an artisanal brewery in Quebec City. Cossette arranged for 1,000 copies of the entertainment weekly Voir were published with a blank space that were then filled with hand-drawn ads by artists, graphic design graduating students and comic book artists.

Astral Radio surprised the Grand Prix winners in the Radio category, Nicolas Boisvert and Luc Du Sault from Lg2, with a trip to the next Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. The company said it was motivated by a desire to “encourage and stimulate creativity helping the medium of radio make its mark in the advertising world.” The two creative directors won for their work for Sears Optical.

Lg2 was the big winner of the night with 8 Grand Prix and 14 Prix. Sid Lee took home 3 Grand Prix and 11 Prix, while Cossette was presented 3 Grand Prix and 5 Prix.
