Nancy Beattie will tell you that her appointment as president of Taxi Canada doesn’t change much of her day-to-day work. She’s been performing many of those duties as former president Jeremy Gayton’s role changed and Taxi grew over the last few years. She’s long known what it will take to keep Taxi successful, but the promotion brings with it formal and very public accountability for the agency’s five Canadian offices. As the agency model continues to evolve, Beattie spoke with Marketing about inspiration and change in this competitive market.
