Ogilvy & Mather co-chief creative officers Nancy Vonk and Janet Kestin have been selected as keynote speakers for the 14th Annual Women of Influence Luncheon Series in Toronto next week.

The two will host the series entitled, “Evolution of Success,” at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Oct. 22.

Vonk and Kestin are the creative directors who oversaw the “Dove Evolution” campaign, winner of two Grand Prix at Cannes in 2007, and this year’s “Diamond Shreddies,” winner of a Grand Clio.

Both were recognized as Creativity Magazine’s “Top 50 creative people of 2008,” made Boards 2007 “It List,” and were named advertising women of the year by the WIN Awards in Los Angeles and by the AWNY Awards in New York in 2007.

The Women of Influence series brings together Canadian businesswomen through a series of events where guest speakers share their experiences and advice.

Each luncheon program features women from senior corporate ranks and high-profile government positions, successful entrepreneurs and leading intellectuals.

“We created the WOI series with the intention of bringing women together to foster networking and mentorship opportunities; opportunities that can measurably be attributed as key to business and personal development success,” said Carolyn Lawrence, president of The Powerpoint Group, producer of the WOI series, in a release. “We’re facilitating something for women that seems to happen more naturally for men.”
