Watch This: Fuse asks staff about their first time

Tongue-in-cheek video promotes Toronto agency's internship program

It turns out working for an agency for the first time is a lot like like getting intimate. It’s confusing, embarrassing, and everyone has to go through it.

That’s what the crew at Fuse think, anyway. The agency interviewed staffers about their “first time” to promote its internship for college students. The responses range from “it was awkward” to “there were some weird costumes at one point.”

Fuse says the internship — which is only available to students who require work placements as part of their curriculum — offers “personal mentorship, pub nights and career counseling with Fuse executives.” There’s also a good chance of getting hired on afterwards, which they highlight by including a few recent intern hires in the video.

The video was produced in-house, under the direction of VP creative director Patrick Weir.
