Weber Shandwick handed digital duties for McCormick Canada

Mandate includes content creation, web development, video production and social

Weber Shandwick Canada, which is McCormick Canada’s public relations agency of record, has expanded its duties to become the company’s digital agency of record as well.

The mandate includes content creation, website development, video production and social media strategy in English and French for McCormick’s brand portfolio that includes Club House, McCormick Gourmet, Billy Bee, Cake Mate, Simply Asia, Thai Kitchen and the Flavour.ca and Saveur.ca websites.

Weber Shandwick Canada has been McCormick Canada’s public relations AOR since 2013 and Weber Shandwick has had McCormick’s U.S. account for the last eight years.

“Weber Shandwick has demonstrated a deep understanding of our business by consistently bringing forward-thinking, integrated and creative solutions to our team that drive efficiencies across our communications and marketing programs, and across platforms,” said Dina Clark, vice-president marketing, McCormick Canada, in a statement.

Weber Shandwick and McCormick Canada have teamed up on the upcoming integrated (digital and PR) summer Grille Wisdom campaign that will celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Club House LaGrille line.
