French ad retargeting company Criteo has filed for $190M IPO
Twitter’s IPO may be the talk of the town, but it’s not the only digital media company headed for a public offering. Criteo, a French retargeting company, has filed for an $190 million dollar IPO, following on the heels of the video ad networks YuMe and  Tremor video. Though the burgeoning space is competitive, Criteo may stand the best chance of success due to its size and status as one of the best-known brand in retargeting.

Vibe’s print version not axed after all
Talk recently swirled that SpinMedia, the new owner of Vibe magazine, was nixing the print version of the publication. Not true, according to executives there. The music magazine—which is celebrating its 20th year—will be reducing its frequency, but not saying farewell to its print edition. (At least not in the short term.) In other music news, SpinMedia may also be bringing back—wait for it—Spin’s print edition (also at a reduced frequency, but still….).
