Evernote partners with Post-It
It may be one of the most apt digital-meets-traditional marriages ever. Post-It and its digital contemporary, the notebook app Evernote, are teaming up on a new line of co-branded products, including a feature that allows Evernote users to digitize Post-Its by taking a photo of them. The deal follows Evernote’s partnership with the similarly traditional brand Moleskin last year.

Design firm makes amazing projection mapping video
The San Francisco-based design and engineering firm Bot & Dolly has released a five-minute video that combines a live actor, robotics and the projection-mapping of 3D computer graphics to stunning effect. Given the wow-factor, similar implementations are bound to soon show up in a award-baiting advertisements.

Even more woes for BlackBerry
Blackberry can’t seem to catch a break. A week after the Waterloo, Ont.-based company announces it’s cutting 4,500 globally, U.S. wireless carrier T-Mobile says it will stop stocking Blackberry phones at its brick-and-mortar locations. T-Mobile says the demand isn’t there, but it will ship Blackberry phones to consumers still interested in owning one.

Men’s ads get the “real men” treatment
Move over Real Women, it’s time for some real men. British Tabloid The Sun has recreated male underwear ads from the likes of Dolce & Gabanna and Calvin Klein, replacing toned models and celebs like David Beckham with average men.
