Now that Arcade Fire has shown us how its done (remember The Wilderness Downtown? Neon Bible, back in the day?), someone’s created an online experience for the Bob Dylan classic. Tons of folks took part to create a “mutli-channel” and interactive take on the tune. Very cool.
