Platinum level seat holders at the Air Canada Centre can now store their coats in the Canada Goose Coat Check during all Toronto Raptors and Toronto Maple Leafs games.
The complimentary service is part of a multiyear partnership between Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) and Canada Goose, the manufacturer of down-insulated outerwear.
“We’re pleased to partner with Canada Goose to provide many of our season seat holders with this service to help make them more comfortable watching the game,” said David Hopkinson, senior vice-president of business partnerships for MLSE, in a release.
Canada Goose will also provide parkas designed specifically for players of the Leafs, Raptors and FC soccer teams, all three of which are owned by MLSE. Each jacket will have the player’s name and number on the inside pocket.
Dwayne De Rosario and Jim Brennan had a hand in designing the Toronto FC jackets, while point guard Jose Calderon came up with the Raptor’s jacket.
“As a company and as supporters of Canadian sport, we are thrilled to be working with MLSE and to be a part of Air Canada Centre’s fan experience,” said Dani Reiss, CEO, Canada Goose.
