With the Christmas holiday quickly approaching, Marketing’s mailbox is stuffed with seasonal salutations and merriment. Over the next few days, we’ll be sharing a few of our favourites.

“Our purpose is to expose limitless opportunities for success,” reads the mission statement on Harbinger’s website.

The Toronto marketing consulting and communications company has really taken this statement to heart this holiday season with a fashion-focused initiative that aims to outfit women with “interview appropriate” attire.

Clients and friends are being encouraged to visit the agency’s Facebook page {www.facebook.com/harbingerideas} and vote for one of six outfits selected by fashion-forward personalities including Canadian fashion designer Alfred Sung, Fashion writer Emma Yardley, LouLou style assistant Carolyne Brown and Flare.com editor Laura Lanktree.

Each time an outfit receives 10 votes, Harbinger will donate it to Dress for Success Toronto, a not-for-profit organization that promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

You have until Dec. 23 to place your vote and help the agency reach its goal of 50 outfits–seven have been donated so far.
