The Mint Agency has been selected as Jaguar Land Rover Canada’s first agency of record in 15 years.
Mint, a marketing and communications firm based in Toronto, will manage lifestyle and automobile public relations for both the Jaguar and Land Rover brands in Canada, as well as communications for the company’s corporate social responsibility initiative with the Canadian Cancer Society.
Jaguar Land Rover Canada previously relied on in-house communications staff for all media and public relations.
“When we felt the need for an additional perspective in our communications, The Mint Agency provided us with an effective campaign and the help we required with our CSR program,” said Barbara Barrett, national communications and public affairs director at Jaguar Land Rover Canada, in a statement.
The Mint Agency previously worked with the carmaker on its winter #Hibernot campaign with former triathlete Simon Whitfield, which aimed at encouraging families to participate in outdoor activities.
“We were excited to work with Jaguar Land Rover Canada earlier this year and pleased with the high level of engagement that we received in reaction,” said Samantha Margolis, president of The Mint Agency.
