Well, this is a new one…
Vancouver spa Eccotique wants those knotted up by guilt over their participation in the Stanley Cup riots to chill out. Guilty parties get a $50 gift certificates, should they meet a few requirements first.
Sayeth the press release: “To qualify, each suspect must show photo ID and describe how they were involved in an illegal activity, such as looting, arson or an aggressive act. They will then apply their fingerprints to the certificate before turning themselves in to the VPD. Once in possession of an official police arrest form, their gift certificate will be activated.”
We’ll let you know if anyone takes them up on the offer, or if this deal is, in fact, real.
