BBDO Canada has won creative duties for Molson Coors Canada’s Miller brands, including Miller Genuine Draft and Miller Chill.

“BBDO has a world-class reputation for delivering creative campaigns that put the consumer at the centre of the idea,” said Peter Nowlan, Molson Canada chief marketing officer, in a statement. “Combined with their strong strategic capabilities and talent, we look forward to generating magnetic ideas that will inspire consumers on both the Miller Genuine Draft and Miller Chill brands.”

In its announcement, Molson Coors said the assignment of a new creative agency and renewed ad approach for the Miller portfolio is partly to streamline its agency roster.

“We’re absolutely thrilled at the opportunity of creating big ideas and creative campaigns that will further unleash the power of MGD and Miller Chill in Canada,” said Gerry Frascione, BBDO president and CEO, in a statement.
