Molson Coors this week debuted its newest TV spot for its Molson M brand in Quebec and the Maritimes.

The spot, directed by veteran director Irv Blitz for agency Nolin BBDO, airs for the spring launch into the Atlantic Canada market for the brand which launched in Quebec only last November.

The beer is brewed using a “micro-carbonization process” which involves injecting the beer with CO2 through “smaller, finer bubbles.”

The brewer said then that its intention was to gradually roll-out the brand to more provinces, with full national distribution by 2011.

“We are extremely proud of Molson M results since the launch of the brand back in November. The first campaign generated considerable buzz and enabled us to largely surpass our objectives,” Molson M senior brand manager François David, said in a statement.

“To follow up, we sought to pay tribute to this one-of-a-kind beer with a visually spectacular advertising piece which would literally make viewers want to drink from their screens.”
