Mouse Marketing picks up Polysporin

Sampling program aims to increase brand awareness and reach

Experiential marketing firm Mouse Marketing has added a new client to its roster: Johnson & Johnson’s Polysporin brand.

The win came after a lengthy formal review and is the boutique firm’s first J&J brand, said Glenn Smith, chief customer officer at Mouse Marketing.

“We were chosen based on our customer service and our innovative ideas that really expanded their reach,” said Smith. “Between those two things, they saw that Mouse would be a great partner for them.”

Mouse Marketing is currently handling the April launch of the new Polysporin Blister Treatment product. A “Shop Your Closet” event includes a partnership with an online shoe retailer. Customers who purchase shoes will receive a Polysporin Blister Treatment product sample with their order. Samples will also be handed out at the Mirvish Production “Kinky Boots” in Toronto, bridal showers and GO Train stations.

The aim for the brand is to expand awareness and reach, said Smith. “Our goal is to increase sales at the retail level and inspire people to purchase the products,” he added.

Mouse Marketing currently runs experiential marketing events for brands including E&J Gallo Winery Canada, Shoppers Drug Mart, Re/Max Canada and Celebrity Cruises, among others.
